Welcome to Aktiv! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and membership benefits. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using Aktiv.

Please note that the shopping and marketplace aspects of Aktiv are not yet live. 2.2 The community area provides members with a space to connect, share experiences, and engage in discussions related to Aktiv’s offerings. 2.3 Membership features may evolve, and Aktiv reserves the right to add, modify, or remove benefits.

Use of Wearable Data 3.1 Aktiv uses wearable data shared by members to enhance membership features and prepare for future personalized shopping experiences and product suggestions. 3.2 By participating, you grant Aktiv permission to process and analyze your wearable data. All data usage complies with Aktiv’s Privacy Policy. 3.3 You may revoke data-sharing permissions at any time by updating your account settings, though this may limit certain membership features.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Aktiv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. 8.2 Aktiv does not guarantee that products recommended or purchased through the platform will meet your expectations.
