Refund policy

At Aktiv, we offer products both from independent brands (marketplace items) and directly from Aktiv (e.g., Aktiv-branded products). Return handling may vary depending on the item.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Marketplace Items (Partner Brands)

Products fulfilled by partner brands are subject to the brand’s return policies:

  • Return eligibility and approval are determined by the brand

To initiate a return, contact us at hi@getaktiv.org, and we’ll coordinate with the brand and work with you through the process.

Aktiv Products

For Aktiv-branded products (such as hats), returns are handled directly by Aktiv.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn or unused
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

To start a return, contact hi@getaktiv.org within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hi@getaktiv.org so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are not processed directly. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. We will help coordinate this as needed.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and processed, Aktiv will issue your refund.

  • Orders paid with Momentum will be refunded as Momentum credits
  • Orders paid with a credit or debit card will be refunded to the original payment method

Refund timing may vary depending on processing and your payment provider.
